Features
Everything Vytal does, by the question you ask.
A gym does not buy "modules": it buys answers. Every block below is a question we hear, and underneath it what the product does to answer it.
Only what is built and visible on a screen gets in here. What has not launched yet has its own section, at the end.
Who is quietly leaving?
Churn risk is computed on real attendance, not on a spreadsheet. Each member's record carries the history, the plan, the lifetime value and the last time they showed up.
- Churn risk and retention, per member
- CRM with lead pipeline, invites and referrals
- Lifetime value and member-base analytics
- Groups, badges and community milestones
- Team inbox and tasks

Who came in today?
Check-in at the desk, by QR on the phone, or at a kiosk by the door. Each room's occupancy shows on a floor plan, and the room screen shows the class in progress.
- Front-desk and QR check-in
- Door kiosk, paired per device
- Room screen with the class and the board
- Rooms, floor plan and live occupancy
- Attendance per member and per class
How do I programme the week?
Recurring schedules, capacity and an automatic waiting list. Training is written in a block builder, drawn from the exercise library, and goes through review before it reaches the athlete.
- Recurring classes, capacity and waiting list
- Class types, templates and history
- Block and station workout builder
- Weekly programming and exercise library
- Review queue: nothing generated ships unapproved

How do I get paid?
Billing runs itself on the right day. Multibanco and MB WAY on your own space's credentials, SEPA direct debit, and Portuguese invoicing with series, ATCUD and SAF-T.
- Plans and subscriptions, with eight cadences
- Multibanco and MB WAY, with no cut for us
- SEPA direct debit
- PT invoicing: series, ATCUD, SAF-T
- Expenses, budget and revenue per space
- Store, vouchers and drop-ins

What about my team?
Who works, when, with which certification still valid, and with access to what. Permissions are enforced on the server, not just on screen.
- Staff records, invites and roles
- Schedule and rota per space
- Certifications with expiry
- Role permissions, enforced server-side
- Revenue per coach

What does the athlete see?
myVytal, in the browser and on the phone. Book the class, check in, log the set the moment it ends, and see progress without asking anyone.
- Schedule, booking and check-in
- Workout logging with the rest timer running
- Progress, personal records and body map
- Wellness, assessments and questionnaires
- Invoices, store, waivers and referrals
- iOS and Android app

What if my modality is not CrossFit?
There are 19 modalities, and it is not just the wording that changes: climbing has routes and grades, swimming has sets and a pool, rehab has a protocol and a discharge.
- 19 modalities with their own wording and modules
- Climbing: routes, grades and projects
- Swimming and running with their own sets
- Rehab with protocol and progression
- Ranks, test batteries and assessments
How do I leave what I use today?
The importer reads the previous system's file, shows what will land BEFORE saving, and importing the same file twice duplicates nothing. And you can leave whenever you want, in the same columns.
- Import with preview and undo
- Full export, in the importer's own columns
- API and webhooks
- Scheduled backups
- Audit log
The four surfaces
One login, four places it shows up
proVytal
The backoffice for whoever runs the place: 130 screens, from the daily board to invoicing.
myVytal
The athlete, in the browser and on the phone: booking, training, progress and invoices.
kioskVytal
The door kiosk. Paired per device, with its own token, and it never reaches the backoffice.
tvVytal
The room screen. Shows the class in progress and the board, with nobody having to operate it.
Built, not yet launched
These exist in the product and no customer has used them yet
They are written, they have a screen and they are included in the plans shown. What they do not have yet is a real space using them every day, so we do not sell them as proven. We would rather say it here than have you find out later.
Competitions and events
Entries, heats and leaderboard.
Payroll
Hours, rates and the team's monthly sheet.
Wearables bridge
Imports what the athlete's watch already measures.
Marketing campaigns
Segmented sending, with suppression lists respected.
Dunning ladder
Reminder, retry and a task for the team.
